So, who am I?

Meet Leslie Hofmeister, LMFT

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply personal, rooted in my own experiences of loss and family transformation.

MFT Licensing Califormia (85670) & Idaho (6361672)

My Story

Losing a parent at a young age and growing up in a blended family showed me firsthand how profoundly trauma can impact us - both individually and as a family unit. It was through family therapy that we were able to repair old wounds, cultivate empathy, and strengthen our bonds. This transformative experience ignited my passion for helping others navigate similar challenges.

My Journey

I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, followed by a Master's in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. After marrying and moving across the country, I settled in Southern California, where I raised three children and established my therapy practice in 2015. Recently, I've relocated to Idaho, expanding my practice to serve clients virtually in both California and Idaho.
